Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times:

-Canada: 10–20 business days
-United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
-Australia: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lumora Women Care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at journey4growth.bns@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to assist you.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
